Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To start your return, please contact our customer service team at info@roseandbeth.com and include your order number (found in your order confirmation email or invoice). Once your return request is approved, we will send you the correct return address along with clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns
Both defective and non-defective items can be returned within the 30-day return window, as long as they meet the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be included.
- Products showing signs of wear, damage, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund.
- Returns for bundled offers must include all products within the bundle. Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately.
Return Method
All returns are shipped by mail. A prepaid return label is not included with your order. After your return request is approved, you will receive the return address and step-by-step return instructions by email.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping (charged in USD) unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect, defective, or damaged product).
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Please note that customs fees and delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and are not valid reasons for return.
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or in the wrong color or variant, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs and assist you with a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 2 to 5 business days. If approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

All refunds and return-related payments are processed in USD.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order once your return has been accepted. This ensures faster processing and product availability.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@roseandbeth.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
